BOOKING POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance.
Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

If a client arrives excessively late and the appointment must be shortened or canceled, the deposit will also be forfeited.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS

Clients who cancel on the same day as their appointment will automatically lose their deposit.

This policy exists because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and last-minute cancellations are extremely difficult to fill.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 24 hours notice in order to transfer their deposit. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will require a new deposit.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients who fail to arrive to their scheduled appointment without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule depending on availability.

If there is not enough time to safely complete the service, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.

REFILL POLICY

2-week refills must be scheduled within 15 days of the previous appointment. Appointments between days 16–21 are considered 3-week refills.
After 21 days, a full set appointment will be required.

Refill appointments require at least 40% of extensions remaining to qualify as a refill. Clients arriving with minimal remaining lashes may be charged for a full set.

FOREIGN FILLS

We do not guarantee work performed by other salons or artists.

Foreign fill clients must arrive with at least 50% of their extensions remaining and lashes must be in good condition in order to qualify for a refill appointment.

If the lashes are excessively grown out, poorly isolated, damaged, or there is not enough lash retention, the appointment may require a removal and/or be upgraded to a full set.

Foreign fills may also require additional time and pricing depending on the condition of the lashes.

BEFORE & AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours are subject to a $30 additional fee. Availability is limited and must be requested in advance.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

If excessive lash loss occurs within the first 48 hours, clients must contact us immediately with clear photos for evaluation.

Any concerns reported after 48 hours will no longer qualify for our service guarantee. The guarantee does not apply if:

• Aftercare instructions were not followed
• Mascara or oil-based products were used
• Lashes were pulled, rubbed, or excessively touched
• The client selected lengths/styles against professional recommendation
• Lash loss occurred unevenly due to sleeping habits or natural shedding
• The service was a foreign fill

REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of beauty services, results may vary from person to person based on natural lashes, lifestyle, maintenance, and aftercare.

If there is an issue with the service, management may offer a correction appointment or salon credit at its discretion.

Chargebacks filed after receiving and completing a service may be disputed with signed booking agreements, appointment records, messages, and service documentation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Fluffy Lashes Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, excessive lateness, or disrespect toward staff.
